for Sunshine the Coach
1. General Terms: This document outlines the terms and conditions ("Terms") related to the services provided and led by Sunshine the Coach ("Coach"), through its online Life, relationship, health and wellness coaching programs, mobile app, and online courses.
2. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.
3. Scope of Services: The Company provides 6 (six) month and 12 (twelve) coaching programs for a fee. These programs includes access to various resources, including but not limited to, online courses, mobile app access, personalized coaching, and other resources as deemed appropriate by the Coaches.
4. User Conduct: Users are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully while using our services and interacting on our platforms. Any form of harassment, intimidation, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
5. Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy and commit to protecting your personal data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
6. Intellectual Property: All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Sunshine Patrick and Crush Aging or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.
7. Account Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
8. Changes to the Services: The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the services at any time without notice.
9. Payments: The customer/client is responsible to pay for all 6 (six) or 12 (twelve) months of the specific coaching program and may not terminate early without express written consent from Sunshine the Coach. If the customer does not pay they authorize the Company to charge their credit card for the unpaid products and services.
10. Third-Party Links or Services: Our services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Crush Aging or Sunshine Patrick. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
11. Refund Policy: The Company does not offer refunds.
12. Medical Disclaimer: The Company, its owner, and staff are not physicians or medical practitioners of any kind. Therefore, they cannot give medical advice or diagnosis. The information provided by the Company is not intended as a substitute for medical advice. You should consult with your primary care physician before starting any new exercise or fitness routine or before taking any supplements recommended through our services. The Company does not assume any responsibility for any aspect of healthcare administered with the aid of the information provided.
13. Binding Arbitration: All claims and disputes arising under or relating to these Terms and Conditions are to be settled by binding arbitration in the state of Florida. An award of arbitration may be confirmed in a court of competent jurisdiction. Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis, and not in class, consolidated or representative proceedings. By accepting these terms, you waive the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action.
14. Modifications to Terms: The Company reserves the right to update and change these Terms from time to time without notice. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in the state of Florida, United States of America. Any disputes that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement or mediation will be resolved in the court of law within this jurisdiction.
By using our services, you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use our services.
